Shipping policy
At Lumo, we’re committed to making sure your order gets to you as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Please take a moment to review our shipping information below.
We currently ship only within the United States. Any orders placed from outside the U.S. will not be processed, so we kindly ask that you double-check your location before completing your purchase.
All orders are processed within one to three business days after purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details if available.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or other unexpected factors. On average, most orders are delivered within seven to fourteen business days. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Lumo is not responsible for delays once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
